Education and Training

From 2016-2020, Dr Fisher completed his orthopaedic training in South Australia & Northern Territory, being awarded fellowships of Australian Orthopaedic Association and Royal Australasian College of Surgeons.

In 2017, Dr. Fisher completed his Master of Philosophy (Surgery) at the Centre for Orthopaedic & Trauma Research, University of Adelaide, South Australia. His thesis, titled "Evaluation of Low-Grade Bacterial Infection of the Intervertebral Disc," showcased his dedication to in-depth research and a thirst for understanding complex orthopaedic issues.

 

Following his academic accomplishments, Dr. Fisher pursued further specialisation by completing an Orthopaedic Fellowship in 2021, specifically focused on Foot and Ankle Surgery. This intensive training took him to Sydney, where he honed his skills under the mentorship of leading experts in the field.

Returning Home to Adelaide

With a wealth of knowledge and a deep sense of commitment to his home state, Dr. Fisher has now returned to Adelaide to establish his practice.
